We highly value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will happily accept returns on unopened/untampered/sealed items within 14 days of received items. For further information regarding this, please read below. We also accept returns on damaged on delivery/defective items, which is further explained below. Unfortunately, due to the cosmetic nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange/replace/ issue refunds for items that have been opened, used or are tampered with. - GENERAL RETURNS -
If you wish to return items that are unused/unopened/untampered/sealed, please email us within 14 days of received items to email@example.com prior to returning the items. Also provide us with photo proof of the unopened/untampered/sealed goods. Once we have received this from you, click here and follow through the on screen prompts to finalise your return.
Please note* Postage return charge is to be paid by customer. We do not reimburse original postage costs or costs to return these items.
- DAMAGED ON DELIVERY / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
RETURNS (UK) -
In the unlikely event should you receive your items damaged / defective we would require these items returned so we can issue you with a refund or replacement. Please email us within 14 days of received items to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the items. Also provide us with photo proof of the damaged/defective goods. Once we have received this from you, click here to follow through the on screen prompts to finalise your return.
Please note* Postage return charge is to be paid by customer, but we will fully reimburse this postage cost if you can provide us with a copy of proof of postage within your return or via photo proof to email@example.com so we know the correct cost to refund you. We unfortunately do not reimburse the original postage costs. After the 14 day period of received goods, we unfortunately do not accept these as damaged/defective returns due to the sensitive nature of cosmetic items that can be easily damaged due to improper care and attention.
- RETURNS ( EUROPEAN / INTERNATIONAL ) -
For the moment, due to the cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on European/International orders. We do highly advise European & International customers to use the Tracked shipping service for full peace of mind as these orders are insured in the event of loss or damage.The Standard service is an uninsured service, therefore we are not liable for any items that you receive damaged on delivery. For missing/lost in transit items, the value for the products purchased is refunded if the Tracked service is used only, excluding cost for P&P.
